Our Developers

The Cary-Pick Family has a long history in the Auburn community and has owned and developed properties in Auburn since the the late 1900's.  The Cary-Pick Family has been actively developing in Auburn since the 1950's starting with one of Auburn's most beloved neighborhoods, Cary Woods, the Pick Family has been developing projects that will stand the test of time.  The Cary Creek property was purchased during the Great Depression and held by the family to this day. The fourth generation of the Cary-Pick Family, now represented by Charles Cary Pick, the Principal of Cary Land Company, is carrying on the successful development tradition of his family.
